职位描述

Position Summary

The Senior Associate, Administration and IT Asset Management Support is responsible for all the Administration Support work to the Technology Services Department to ensure the daily operation and department regulation.
He (She) will be also managing the IT Fixed Asset Management and Reporting.

Responsibilities

? Ensuring smooth operations of day-to-day office administration for technology services department including department meeting arrangement and minutes, conference reservation, office supplier ordering, travel planning and booking, team building organizing, training arrangement, Local or NYU visitors settlement, space and office condition management, etc.
? Assisting Technology Service Management Team for the department compliance and regulation management including leave management, overtime management, morning/night shift management, student employee management, individual and department reporting reviewing and submission, department policy implementation and tracking, individual and department goal management, documentations management (university orientations, department and university policies, etc.), tickets system reporting and escalation management, public outage or maintenance announcement, etc.
? IT Fixed Asset Management and Auditing with Finance Department.
? Strategy planning and maintaining faculty/student/staff committees for regular meeting with technology services management team to enhance the customer satisfaction.
? Department public image and relationship management and coordination.
? Official Liaison and coordination between NYU GTS, ITS, NYU Shanghai technology services team and local various suppliers.
? Supporting events, including but not limited to special events, candidate weekend, orientation, etc.
? Carrying out other administrative tasks assigned by the technology services management team.





Qualification

? Required Education

Minimum Bachelor, Master’s degree preferred.


? Required Experience

? 3+ years’ office operation work experience preferred
? Experience of working in IT department or high education is highly preferred.
? Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is highly preferred.

? Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

? Mandatory fluent English skills, fluent Chinese skills is a must.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Strong time management and multi - tasking skills.
? Details oriented, nice personalities.
