职位描述
1、负责对零售店铺的视觉效果的整体管理；
2、制定零售店铺的视觉管理系统和执行流程；
3、制定零售店铺陈列管理的相关要求，陈列手册，并配合实施店铺和相关季节的具体陈列培训；
4、主导零售店铺陈列设计和相关道具的开发及标准的制定；
5、参与年度店铺陈列货架，陈列预算；
6、配合支持零售终端的各项促销推广活动与各部门协作完成季节期货会议。

岗位要求
1、至少3年国内外知名服饰公司的视觉管理和陈列执行经验；
2、其1年以上管理经验；
3、需要有服装连锁专卖店工作经验；
4、有相关的服装品牌零售陈列的实操经验;
5、大专以上学历，修时装设计或美术相关专业优先考虑；
6、熟练运用各种设计软件；尤其是PPT精通；
7、优秀的书写能力和口语表达能力。
