Requirement:


1.
Perform engineering
duties in the planning and development of Manual and Dual clutch transmissions
and driveline systems and components to be used for prototyping, testing and
production of Qoros planning car lines




2.
Complete all
necessary tasks for components release, including pre-source packages, defining
specification and specification books, functional objectives, components and
vehicle testing




3.
Prepare technical
reports, timing plans, flowcharts & diagrams, sketches and drawings if
needed to illustrate design objectives and concepts, support manufacturing
process and program direction to ensure successful product release and project
completion




4.
Be able to plan and
execute DVP&R/PVP&R including components and system testing and
troubleshooting. Identify any possible enhancements to meet system
requirements. Work closely to engineering partner (Magna Steyr) and suppliers
to ensure that all system requirements, performance and attributes are
met. Coordinate and support supplier validation testing including vehicle
testing and validation




5.
Be able to
investigate and analyze processing in GA plant and assembly issues using DMF
and DMA engineering tools




6.
Be able to analyze
and perform and lead root cause analysis independently and together with
supplier. Provide engineering support when necessary for prototype and
production facilities




7.
Support in
developing service and operation manuals and procedures to ensure the correct
manufacturing and service process is in place.




8.
Develop and control
the development of the product BOM and company standards




9.
Support purchasing
and SQE studies of cost estimation and ensure that the best combination of
quality/cost ratio is achieved




10.
Coordinate product changes
to assure that all customer requirements are met trough the vehicle level
system. Support change control meetings




11.
Support product
lunches in assembly plant. Support lunch supplier readiness assessment and
drive the required action plans




12.
Create project
plans, time lines and assist management with defining budget requirements




13.
Coordinate and lead
weekly supplier-engineering partner meetings and track agenda and meeting
minutes




14.
Be able to work
independently and as a team member by monitoring work progress, issue work
orders and resolve all problems in order to ensure timely completion of the
task. Regularly communicate the work status to management




15.
Conduct and
thoroughly document work progress, draw conclusions and make recommendation
that are reviewed with management




16.
Communicate and
maintain professional and social interaction in multi-cultural environment




17.
Be able to
constantly improve knowledge and skills, be open minded to adhere new ideas,
actively identify areas of potential self improvement and alert management of
opportunities for training




18.
Generate and
implement ideas to continuously improve work environment, system, tool,
processes as well as product cost and quality
