Responsibilities:

? Carry out new factory visits and make an assessment (approval/reject/progress needed) based on TCFMS code of conduct.

? Establish credibility and transparency with TESCO suppliers.

? Follow up with factories and encourage holistic and sustainable improvements.

? Encourage and support the quality and technical audit data administrators.

? Work on specific projects and high-priority technical audit objectives based on the critical emergencies & situational urgencies.

? Advise suppliers on quality requirement & rule and good industrial practices.

? Attend external meetings if necessary or specifically assigned by the Technical Audit Manager.

Requirements:

? 3-5 years proven experience in driving sustainable improvements in factory working conditions;

? Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to provide presentations and briefings;

? Familiar with garment factory quality control and a good grasp of AQL & TCFMS requirements;

? A degree or diploma of garment industry with clothing or footwear production or QA/QC technical experience is an advantage;

? Good communication in English is essential;

? Self-motivated, with critical attention to details and deadlines.
