GENERAL DESCRIPTION概述
1. Support and follow the purchasing projects;
跟踪采购项目；
2. Control the cost and quality of the production from vendors;
控制供应商提供的采购产品的成本和质量；
3. Preparation of specification both for supplementary products, starting materials and packaging components;
膳食补充剂产品、原辅料及包装材料标准的起草;
4. Get the specification reviewed and approved;
跟踪标准的审核和批准;
5. Support Quality Department to maintain QA documentation system to ensure current specification used.
支持质量部门维护QA文件体系，确保使用的是当前版本的标准。
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTION 责任/基本职责
1. Develop the specification for products as per the instruction and requirement from the Quality Department and R&D department.
根据质量负责人和研发负责人的指示和要求，起草产品的质量和指定采购标准。
2. According to the requirements from the Head of Purchasing, support and follow the purchasing projects.
根据采购部负责人要求，跟踪采购项目。
3. According to the requirements of Purchasing Department, control the cost and quality of the production from vendors;
根据采购部要求，控制供应商提供的采购产品的成本和质量。
4. Mmaintain the documentation in current version.
维护文件为当前有效版本。
5. Confirm the specification with the manufacturing factory and Documentation QA.
跟工厂和公司QA确定批准的质量标准。
6. The joint responsibility of checking and releasing packing materials, if need.
参与原料、辅料及包装材料的审核放行。
7. Participate in deviation investigation and handling, including analyzing the cause of deviation, forecasting the consequence(s) and make comments to the corrective action plans.
参与偏差调查，包括分析偏差产生的原因，预测结果，并对整改行动计划提出意见。
8. Participate in the quality related complaints investigation.
参与客户质量投诉的处理。
9. Follow up the implementation of the corrective actions and preventive actions on the quality related discrepancy.
跟踪质量相关偏差事件的CAPA计划的实施。
10. Conduct training to the relative staff of contract manufacturer respecting to the quality, purchasing of the Beauty products.
负责代工工厂与Beauty产品质量，采购相关的培训。
11. Maintain all documentation related quality, such as Certificate of Analysis, deviation report, change records, and records of rejection, return goods and recall, etc.
维护好质量相关记录，如CoA、偏差报告，变更记录，以及不合格品、退货和找回记录等。
12. Maintain the transferred technical documentation in current version.
维护转移的技术文件为当前有效版本。
13. Participate in developing, updating and revising documentation relating to his or her area.
参与工作领域中相关文件的起草、更新和修订。
14. Other tasks designated by the superior.
上级领导安排的其他相关工作。
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATION岗位要求/条件
1. College degree or above major in packaging or related. More than 2 years related experience.
大专或以上学历包装或相关专业，有2年以上相关工作经验。
2. Familiar with the related packaging materials.
熟悉相关包装材料。
3. Be good at English in reading.
良好的英文阅读能力。
4. Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, Power point etc..
良好的计算机操作能力，熟练操作Word、Excel, Power point等。
5. Good communication skills.
良好交流技能。
6. Initiative, innovation and judgement skills.
应具有主动性，创新，判断的能力。

1. Take decisions in relation to above duties for the efficient fulfillment of the overall purpose of the job.
