岗位职责：
1.公司IT系统的运营维护
2.终端用户的硬件软件，相关IT外围设备，打印机，视频会议系统的运营维护
3.设备的采购，确保可用库存
4.终端客户的日常桌面维护，技术支持
5.与第三方供应商的沟通与协调
6.协助全球IT团队系统和网络架构的调整。

Job description:
1. Responsibility for all end-user technical issues including hardware, software, related peripherals, printers, networking video conferencing
2. Ordering new equipment, managing the asset register and ensuring that an adequate stock of spares is kept
3. Set up, and configuration of end-user Macintosh desktop hardware, software and peripherals
4.Management of user accounts, set up and configuration of desk phones device configuration and troubleshooting
5. Coordinate timely repair of equipment with third-party vendors
6. Management of the company’s access systems
7. Assisting the infrastructure and global technology teams where needed with backups, servers and network tasks.

任职要求：
1.熟悉mac os，苹果系统下的软件管理
2.熟悉windows server 的配置管理，活动目录的配置管理
3.熟悉IOS以及安卓设备的设置管理
4.了解TCP/IP 协议以及以太网网络
5.有较强的责任心，能在压力下独立工作，对新技术有较强的学习能力
6.英语听说读写熟练优先考虑
7.具有CCNA，MCITP证书者优先考虑
8.至少1年以上相关工作经验。


Requirements:
1.Technical level knowledge of OS X and Apple, Adobe applications
2.Technical level knowledge of windows system, server 2008, active directory management
3.Technical knowledge of iOS and Android devices
4. Technical knowledge of TCP/IP and Ethernet networks
5. Quick thinking and excellent troubleshooting skills
6.Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
7. Diligent in continually upgrading IT skills and knowledge, and possesses a keen interest in keeping up with current technology
8. English speaking
9. At least 1 year IT experience.
