岗位职责Responsibilities：
1.负责海外客户的开发和维护工作，执行并完成公司产品年度销售计划Responsible for overseas clients development, implement company’s sales plan and achieve budget；

2.跟踪订单交期，协调发货，对账；处理客户联络、投诉索赔等事宜Follow up the order delivery, payment received, customer complaint handling

3.负责将公司的新产品、促销活动推广给海外客户Promote new products to overseas clients on regular basis；

4.负责销售文档的处理及管理Sales documentation and reporting；

5.与海外客户保持良好沟通，为客户提供专业和周到的售前和售后服务Keep in good communication with overseas customers by providing professional service；

6.收集海外市场反馈信息，提出产品推广建议，为评价与调整市场销售策略提供支持Collect the market competition information and make suggestion to management level。

岗位要求Requirements：
1、大专及以上学历, 国际贸易或英语相关专业，有熟练的英语听说能力College or above, prefer in International trading or English major with good language ability ；

2. 耐心细致,工作积极主动,有团队意识Self-motivation, pro-actively take challenge, team work spirit

Now our main products consist of 2 categories, as follows:
1. Automotive Cooling System including Oil Cooler, Radiator, Intercooler, Water Pump, Radiator Fan, Fan Shroud, Visco Clutch, Expansion Tank and Water Hose, etc.
