• 在主工程师的指示下，负责对公司承接项目机电系统的初步设计，深化设计，招标工作，包括暖通空调，强电，给排水，消防，弱电基础设施等。
• 出席内部和外部项目会议（如有必要），与所有相关单位联系及协调，包括与地方政府部门，客户（甲方），大楼物业管理及工程部门，承包商和分包商，以确保良好的协调合作。
• 负责大楼现场测量勘查并提供对于大楼现有机电系统的相关报告。
• 负责与客户磋商，了解客户对机电的需求，制作机电设计任务书。
• 负责制作或审核公司承接项目的相关机电图纸，由北京办公室机电团队，分包商及机电顾问支持。
• 协助项目负责人或项目管理团队，负责检查或监督现场机电安装工作，以确保其安装与设计规范和施工图纸一致。
• 在各方面致力于支持设计师的设计意图，以及项目经理和施工团队的协调管理工作。
• 与甲方或项目管理单位的第三方机电工程师顾问协调合作。

• 理想的人选应有三年到五年的机电设计经验。
• 熟悉国家及上海市的建筑法规及机电规范。
• 了解安全规范及绿色环保政策。

• To be responsible for M&E systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing Drainage, Fire protection, IT & ELV infrastructure, etc.) primary and detail design & tendering work under team leader's guidance & instruction for all projects undertaken by the company including projects undertaken.
• To attend the internal and external meeting (if necessary), to liaise or deal with all relevant parties including Local government bureau, Clients, Building management, Main-contractor and Sub-contractors to ensure proper coordination.
• To perform site survey and inspection of building system when necessary, provide report of existing M&E system.
• Create M&E program, obtain design requirement from the client and fully understand end users' needs.
• To review and/or produce relevant M&E drawings for projects under taken by the company with the support of our Beijing team, sub-contractors and consultants (where appropriate).
• To assist project leader or project management team to inspect or supervise M&E site installation works to ensure they are carried out in accordance with design specifications and drawings.
• To work at all times to support the design intent of our design teams as well as the coordination works of our project managers and construction teams.
• To work with any third party consultant engineers who may from time to time be engaged, whether by the company or directly by our clients or their project managers.
• To continue to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge which benefit both yourself and the company.

• Ideally candidates should have 3 to 5 years relevant experience in M&E engineering.
• Familiar with National and Shanghai building codes and regulation.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and green policies.
