What would be your duties?
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Assisting and organizing marketing activities including workshops and conferences
Independently organizing and managing the recruiting process, including the coordination of HR consultants
Handling invoices and supporting Accounting and Finance processes
Providing administration support and manage ad hoc requests and projects for Senior Management

What do you need?
Fluent English and Chinese
Major in business studies, such as economic or related.
Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
Motivated, self-driven, forward pushing person
