Accountabilities:

1.Technical support

-Provide daily technical support, sample testing，over-the-phone ，email，or on-site service.

-Prepare reports detailing technical problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modifications and/or recommended process changes.

-Develop troubleshooting service guides and bulletins on existing products.

2. Technical solution
– Understand target customer needs and testing requirements and develop solution to the customer accordingly
–Provide application note, sales tools to the sales team

3.Marketing function
- Market analysis including technology trend, opportunities & threat, regulation change, customer behavior change etc. and provide useful inputs to new product planning
–Provide promotion program
- Monitors competitor activity and growth opportunities

Qualification
– University Degree above analytical chemistry，optical engineering or relevant.

– Strong technical background, familiar with spectrometer application
– 3+ years technical marketing or technical support experience in analytical instrument, life science engineering, environment engineering, lighting industry & customer applications
