职位描述
Title:Field service engineer
Dep: marketing
Report to: Marketing manager
Main Responsibilities:
1.Provide post sales customer support services such as installation, customer training, repair, and technical consultation
2.Facilitate deal close by conducting customer demo, doing sample analysis and participating sales processes as required.
3.Setup, maintain and improve field service processes to leverage OOA resource, ensure customer satisfaction
4.Design and integrate application solutions, concerning both hardware and software. Work closely with sales, engineering, R&M team to investigates field problems and take appropriate actions.
5.Assist in leads generation by developing sales or marketing materials (sales presentation, application notes, competition analysis and technical information);
6.Support in seminars or workshops and participating trade shows.
7.Provide technical assistance or training to sales and channels to enable competence and competitiveness.
8.Define technical customer requirement during pre and post sales activities, Propose product and process improvement suggestion.
9.Build up troubleshooting, instruction, service manual and relative documents for product application and usage.
Job requirements:
1.BS degree or above in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, optical engineering ,(optical)precision instrument or equivalent required.
2.General Analytical Instrument/Spectroscopy product knowledge.
3.Above 2 years working experience in instrument field service ,preferred in installing, servicing of spectroscopy relative analytical instrumentation.
4.Ability to diagnose and resolve problems on electronic, mechanical and optical instrumentation in scientific laboratory and industrial environment.
5.Highly motivated and self-confident individual of the highest integrity Results-oriented and having a strong sense of ownership
6.Good in English reading and writing, and able to communicate in English orally
7.Willingness to travel (approximately 40% - 50%)
