岗位职责：

1、协助配合主案设计师做好深化设计工作，完成全套施工图绘制；

2、能快速充分了解设计意图，并转换成施工图之各项细节图纸；

3、协助参与项目施工现场的配合与交涉。

4 此岗位需要常驻项目，目前一个项目是重庆项目、

任职资格：

1、年龄25-35岁，室内设计相关专业专科以上学历；

2、具有良好的沟通、理解、综合协调能力和团队合作精神，能够有计划地协调整体工作进度，具备独立处理和解决问题的能力；

3、熟练掌握autocad、photoshop、sketchup等绘图软件，具备独立完成施工深化设计（熟练绘制施工图、节点图、详图等）的能力；

4、具备一定的装饰方案设计能力，熟悉室内装饰材料及施工工艺，对设计后续的施工工艺、结构及材料材质有丰富的运用经验；对国家相关的行业规范有一定的了解。

根据项目总体策划定位，给项目作出合理的规划设计建议。

在甲方制订的任务书的基础上，提供最全面、***、最实用的商业咨询，包括专业的顾问审核意见、 优化建议提案、 特殊设计的专业指导，从而配合甲方合理有效的确认并完善设计，***限度地优化项目效果，避免因设计阶段中的不合理而造成的建设造价浪费及施工建设中的重复变更等问题 …… 从而与甲方无缝对接，实现甲方开发过程中利益的***化。
