Responsibilities:

Conduct industry research on Biotechnology, Electrical & Electronic, Mining & Smelting, Natural Resources, Agriculture, Energy, Information Technology or Infrastructure;
Identify potential risk and compliance issues with relevant industrial & regulatory requirements;
Be part of a team to conduct due diligence on potential investments;
Participate in deal screening, deal structuring and other transaction arrangement for potential deals;
Develop evaluation models to analyze investment deals and provide analysis for management decision;
Performs other ad hoc duties periodically assigned in order to meet business needs.


Requirements:

University degree in Biotechnology, Mining & Smelting , Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Agriculture, Energy or other related disciplines;
5 years or above industry experience in the field of Biotechnology, Chemical, Electrical & Electronic, Mining, Natural Resources, Energy, Industry, Information Technology or Infrastructure; Outstanding graduates with less experience can also be considered;
Ability to conduct analysis, evaluate target deals and identify underlying risks independently;
Professional qualification with experience in private equity or acquisition will be an advantage;
Independent, proactive, and good team player;
Excellent communication and writing skills with fluency in English;
Willing to travel.
