I. Essential Functions :

Perform repetitive assembly line operations in accordance with established SOP’s and cGMP’s.

II. Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities具体工作职责:

· Operate machinery that performs packaging functions such as filling, labeling, sealing, cutting, packing or encapsulation.

所有相关包装机的操作，包括：归档、标签、密封、切割、打包或压封。

· Manually perform packaging functions such as capping, applying labels to containers (vials, bottles, blister cards) and filling containers and/or packaging machines with drug using color code blistering sheets.

手动操作包装机，包括：加盖、容器贴标（药瓶，药罐，吸塑卡）以及容器归档和/或操作药品所需彩色起泡薄片包装机。

· Count drug (tablets, capsules, etc.) and record information.

药品计数（片剂、丸剂等）和记录信息。

· Weigh materials using scales.

使用标尺做原料称重。

· Pack finished materials into shippers and/or trays.

打包成品原料并放送至托运盘。

· Clean production area and equipment before and after packaging runs.

包装前后需清洁生产区域及设备。

· In-process Control testing/sampling which includes the testing of blisters, bottles, 100% inspection of assembled goods etc…

现场控制检测/取样，包括：起泡测试，瓶装测试，确保组装成品100%的检测。

· Accurately perform and document periodic In-Process Control Inspections and sampling according to packaging instructions and/or SOP’s.

按照包装指令和标准作业流程精确执行现场控制检测和取样。

· Perform packaging room release in accordance with SOP’s.

依照标准作业流程执行包装间清理。

· Perform de-stage of packaging room operations upon completion, verifying all documentation is completed and accountabilities are within acceptable limits.

执行包装房间的运营完成程序，所有作业完成后进行归档和本职职责的核实。

· Verify finished goods produced during operations are accurate and complete.

核实成品在生产中的精确性和完整性。

· Ensure that overall cGMP compliance and SOP’s are adhered to during packaging operations (gowning, documentation, cleaning, etc.)

确保包装生产流程严格按照动态药品生产管理规范和标准作业流程的执行（净化服、文件、清洁等）。

III. Position Requirements 职位要求:

· College degree or above.

大专或以上文凭。

· >3 years relevant work experiences gained in pharmaceuticals manufacturing/packaging/supply chain operations.

三年以上制药生产/包装/供应链运营相关工作经验。

· Diligent, good teamwork player, able to work under pressure.

勤奋、良好的团队合作、能承受一定工作压力。

· Attention to quality work and safety awareness.

注重工作质量并具备安全意识。

· Able to read and write English, familiar with Windows office applications.

书面读写英文良好，熟悉Windows办公软件。
