Primary Responsibility基本职责

1.Coordinate and Manage customers’ program /account

协助管理客户项目

2.Develop & improve customer relationship, rapport and communication so as to improve customer satisfaction

促进与客户的合作与沟通，确保良好的客户满意度。

3.Coordinate new customer project as well as new product ramp-up

协助新客户开发项目及新产品量产的启动

4.Co-ordinate customers's loading and shipment priority with Production Planning

协调产品计划安排生产，出货的优先顺序

5.Provide wip status and finished good information to customer

及时反馈产品的生产及完成的信息给客户

6.Reviews new orders, change orders and order cancellations

检查新订单，修改订单和取消订单

7.Monitor shipment status to ensure all credit and export problem are resolved and orders are released for shipment

监控出货的情况确保所有出货准时发出。

8.Co-ordinate any customer returned materials and work with the relevant department on material disposition

协调相关部门及时处理客户退回来的材料

9.Responsible for customers’ billing, invoicing and credit/debit memo.

负责开客户的发票及折让单

10.To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager.

接受并执行上级领导布置的其他特殊任务、工作或者临时安排的工作要求。

Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements 学历/技能/经验要求

1.Bachelor Degree

大学本科学历

2.Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service,

至少1年的客户服务经验

3.Semi-conductor Marketing & Sales environment, planning

半导体市场和销售，计划

4.Leadership skill

有一定的领导能力

5.Able to communicate and build up rapport with customers

能和客户保持良好

6.Ability to work under pressure

能接受工作的压力

7.Ability to work OT, able to travel

能接受加班工作和出差

8.Ability to work in a very dynamic environment

9.Good English skills
