职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for delivering Aftermarket revenue & margin targets for the region.
- Prospecting, qualify leads, make service/aftermarket proposals, win by influencing end user customer decision maker directly or indirectly with distributors, CRM proficiency
- Develop and maintain reasonable product knowledge of Severn Trent Water Purification and competitive products from performance & service standpoint
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, order booked, and quote pipeline to deliver year
- Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships to maximize lifecycle support to customer needs
- Develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts and communicating current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements
- Assign targets forspares and aftermarket sales to channel partners and measure their performance on revenue and pipeline, complete aftermarket rep. agreement with all reps in region
- Conducts commercial presentations. Participates in key tradeshows, seminars, & occasional customer training session
- Ensures compliance with laws of the land and business, conduct business ethically, comply with EHS policy of company
QUALIFICATIONS
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, English proficiency
- Strong sales experience with focus on aftermarket & services
- Familiar with principles of water and waste water treatment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and must be self-motivated
- Prior experience in managing small team of sales people desired but not a must
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or Chemistry
-5-10 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-3 to 5 years sales or technical sales experience in the water and wastewater industry, 5-15 years of sales or technical sales experience in power or oil & gas or heavy machinery industry
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires overnight travel approximately 75% of the time.
