职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

Communicate with overseas and domestic clients regarding trade services and orders.
Interface with operations departments and venders to deliver services.
Handle account settlement with clients and vendors.
Ensure operating procedures are documented, revised and updated as required, follow company policies and procedures and ensure that any deviation required is correctly authorized and documented.
Support Managers, including file management.
Support company's business development.


Qualifications:

Excellent English (oral and written), CET-4 is a must, CET-6 or TEM-8 are preferred
5+ Years of experience in customer service and order management.
3+ Years of experience in using ERP system for order and inventory management
3+ Years of experience using a CRM system for customer management
Work experience in a freight forwarding company preferred
Proficient in MS Office
