Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate with overseas and domestic clients regarding trade services and orders.
• Interface with operations departments and venders to deliver services.
• Handle account settlement with clients and vendors.
• Support Managers, including file management.
• Support company's business development.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English (oral and written), CET-4 is a must, CET-6 or TEM-8 are preferred
• 2+ Years of experience in customer service and order management.
• 2+ Years of experience in using ERP system for order and inventory management
• 2+ Years of experience using a CRM system for customer management
• Work experience in a freight forwarding company preferred
• Proficient in MS Office

Emerge is wholly foreign owned company with its China operations based in Shanghai (People's Square). We provide market entry support to overseas makers of branded consumer and industrial products. This support comes in the form of:
- Helping them to promote their products and grow their China customer base
- Providing them with reliable import logistics and supply chain services
- Providing bilingual (CN and EN) customer service support.
