要求：
1. 需要有至少5年以上建筑工程项目施工管理经验
2. 有家装行业施工经验优先考虑
3. 需要有较强的组织协调能力
4. 有基本英语能力者优先考虑
5. 会CAD制图
Job Requirements:
The role of this candidates who posses construction related experience, and have practical building knowledge of structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, millwork, finishes and materials. This person must have experience building form working drawings,and they must be able to understand and adapt to different code requirements.Candidates who have scheduling and estimating experience are preferred.Candidates with previous modular are ideal.
The role of this candidate will be to oversee the production of these units,and to ensure that they're built to code&spec,on time,on budget,and of quality.This will require direct coordination with the Director and lead Designer as well as constant coordinator with the factory team of engineers,production managers,and laborers.
Skills & Experience:
Construction management,Projectmanagement,Production management,AutoCAD,Scheduling,Estimating.Mandarin speakers are a plus.
5 plus years of experience.
