General Responsibilities 职责描述

？ Adhere to the company rules and regulations at all times.

？ Comply with company grooming and uniform standards unless the Manager, General Manager gives specific exceptions.

？ Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.

？ Protect the health, safety and well being of our guests and colleagues.

？ Develop a positive, direct and open relationship with all colleagues.

？ Have detailed knowledge of department Standards and operating procedures.

？ Be self-reliant, working with minimal control and direction.

？ Attend all required briefings and training sessions (even outside of working time).

Unique Responsibilities 岗位职责

？ Have good written and verbal understanding of English.

具备良好的英文口语及书面表达能力

？ Responsible to collect and settle all cash sales transactions.

负责收集处理各项现金交易事务

？ Report to the Supervisor or management if there is any discrepancy or non-compliance of cash policies and procedures.

向主管或其他上级汇报任何有关现金制度及操作程序的非正常情况

？ Prepare and accurate daily cash collection summary and that float is in order at all times.

准备精确的现金收取概要并确保浮动状况良好

？ Ensure all cash collection to be put into drop safe immediately after close day.

确保收取的现金在关档后都立即被安全地保管

？ Ensure adequate cash exchanges daily for smooth operation.

确保日常足够的现金兑换

？ Report any overages or shortages as when observed.

及时汇报任何货品积存及短缺的情况

？ Adhere to any reasonable request or change to working time or area, within the parameters set out by company standards.

遵守公司制定的任何与工作时间和区域相关的合理规定及调整

？ Maintain cleanliness and working condition of departmental equipment and work area.

确保工作区域及设备的清洁

？ Continues to be productive in changing circumstances.

在变化的环境中仍能高效高质地完成工作

？ Any other duties delegated by manager.

Minimum Technical Competency/ Personal Specifications

1. Similar experience in a previous position in a Hotel or Free Standing Restaurant.

具有相关工作经验。

2. Effective interpersonal skills team player.

能够良好的与他人沟通并具有团队合作精神。

3. Happy outgoing personality.

性格外向，开朗。

4. Goal driven personality, wants to grow and learn.

有一定目标，并想在学习中成长的。
