We are seeking a Technical Representative to join a fast growing software company.
TDG is looking for an energetic Technical Representative that has basic to semi-advanced administration skills in Microsoft Server and LINUX (Fedora) platforms. He should have a positive attitude and great English communication skills. As a Technical Representative, he will be responsible for 1st level phone support, logging of support cases, answering basic questions and solving level 1 software issues. He may also be required to travel to HK (2 to 3 days a week) where the software solution is currently being evaluated.
Responsibilities include:
? Answering the phone and listening to the customer
? Monitoring and resolving basic technical issues involving server OS where primary software is installed.
? Customer communication and issue updates
? Routing escalated issues to foreign system resource counterparts for level 2 support
? Collect customer logs and environmental information for analysis
Required Skills/Background
? Experience in Microsoft Server 2008 and LINUX Fedora server administration,
? basic Web application navigation, basic application administration, basic network and hardware maintenance skill
? Fluency: English, Mandarin
? can provide customer operating instructions and training in English, and also provide account management in English.
? strong documentation skill. Can complete operation manual for each work process.
