Position Background

TL Jones Shanghai sits within the Elevator Safety Division of Halma plc. a FTSE 250 company with an annual turnover of 517million. Since its entry into China in 1994, TL Jones Shanghai is renowned as world class solution provider of elevator safety, information display, communication and touch control operating panel products. Among which, TL Jones light curtain is considered to be our core business.
The dynamic business growth and service center centralization call for this role to lead the customer service team to handle external customer service and internal sales operation.

Position Summary

Full responsible for external customer service and internal sales operation, he/she will work with Head of Sales, to monitor sales team activity and performance, and ensure internal sales operation efficiency.

Position Objectives

1.Achieve customer service satisfaction.
2.Rolling monthly billing forecast accuracy.
3.Sales activity & performance measurement and report.
4.Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth sales operation.

Qualification Requirements

?Can do attitude, self starter, can work under a dynamic growing and changing environment
?Bachelor degree
?Minimum 10 years's customer service/commercial management experience.
?Industrial manufacturing background preferred.
?Fluent English speaking and writing

Position Responsibility

?Sales activity & performance measure and report includes
oAccurate monthly billing forecast.
oMonthly sales activity analysis report.
oSales team reports collection and screening.
oSales metrics reports.
oPrice book and selling material preparation.
oMarket information consolidation and update.
oSales opportunity pipeline distribution, collection and consolidation.

?Sales operation coordination
oEnsure order processing efficiency
oCoordination with operation department to assure on time delivery
oCoordination with operation department on material planning meeting
oOverseas inter company customer communication and service.
oDomestic customer service.
