工作职责：
1、接待到访客户及学员；
2、向客户介绍学校的服务和设施 ；
3、协助日常办公室事务，如电话接听、文件打印及复印等 ；
4、协助在中心相关工作人员工作；
5、为上课学员订课及提供相应的服务；
6、收银。


职位要求：
1.大专及以上学历；
2.形象气质佳，活泼开朗；
3.良好的人际沟通技巧和处理问题、解决矛盾冲突的能力；
4.拥有高度责任感和客户服务意识；
5.熟练的英语听说读写能力；
6.喜欢弹性的工作时间；
7.上海本地人优先。
