职位描述：

1、负责与总部设在上海的电子支付网关供应商联络；

2、负责与银联的技术人员接触,解决技术相关的问题；

3、负责商户有关技术方面的咨询与支持；

4、负责内部硬件设备的维护，主要包括计算机、路由器、交换机、防火墙、门禁系统、电话等的维护；

5、负责OS及常用软件的维护，解答用户疑问，解决故障；

6、负责公司网络系统的搭建、管理、维护和优化，确保网络系统的正常工作；

7、负责机房管理，按公司机房管理制度执行管理工作；

8、根据公司要求做好指定数据的备份工作；

9、负责公司网络及其他管理系统的权限管理；

10. 负责公司客服系统的技术支持；

11. IT其他相关工作。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验；

2、良好的组织、沟通、协调能力，有较强的责任心；

3、能熟练处理计算机及网络常见的软、硬件故障；

4、熟悉路由器、交换机及电话等办公网络设备的工作原理和配置方法；

5、有较强的网络安全及数据安全意识；

6、具备流利的英语能力包括听说读写。

Job Description:

1． Responsible for liaison with ePayment Gateway vendor based in Shanghai;

2． Responsible for technical contact with CUP technical people;

3． Consultancy and support for merchants who need to integrate with CUP through the ePayment gateway;

4． Responsible for the maintenance of the internal hardware , including computers,routers , switches , firewalls , access control systems , telephone and others;

5． Responsible for the maintenance of the OS and software , answer users’ questions about troubleshooting ;

6． Responsible for the company's network system management, maintenance and optimization to ensure the normal work;

7． Responsible for IT room management, room management system according to the company to perform administrative tasks ;

8． According to the company policy to do the information backup work ;

9． Responsible for access rights management of the company's network and other management systems;

10．Responsible for ustomer Support – for technical issues to merchants;

11．Others.

Requirements:

1、 Bachelor degree or above, with 3 years working experience;

2、 Good organization, communication and coordination skills, have great sense of responsibility;

3、 Good skills to deal with common computer and network hardware and software failures;

4、 Familiar with the office network routers, switches and telephone equipment works and configuration;

5、 Have strong awareness of network security and data security;

6、 Good English communication skills include written and verbal.
