Responsibilities:
1.Engaging and partnering with business leaders and hiring manager to identify all their hiring needs
2.To maintain visitors Create and maintain sustainable talent database for assigned functions for future talent needs
3.Source, screen and engage with candidates with the professional manner to find the right quality talent for the company within the target timeline
4.Keep timely follow up with both candidates and hiring manager in recruiting process
Craft offer proposal for selected candidate with caring of both internal and external balance
5.Maintain recruiting reports (i.e. recruiting cost, channels and interviews)
6.Manage recruiting website
7.Partner closely within HR to maintain excellent communication, candidate and client service
8.Take on any additional HR task as allocated

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.3 years of previous human resources experience, especially focus on recruiting area in multination company
3.Demonstrated great passion in talent research and talent engagement
4.Service orientation and strong partnering skills
5.Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.
6.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
7.Good team player with high degree of confidentiality
8.Fluent in both Mandarin and English
