职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Direct, establish and maintain the company quality system to be compliance with the standards of international, government and the company including ISO9001, KCES, SAR and TIR etc.
§ Develop quality strategic plan, policies & procedures.
§ Responsible for development and attainment of quality goals.
§ Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
§ Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, planning, manufacturing and shipping.
§ Preside and manage new product quality standard control, process quality standard control and audit, CPAR, MRB process, supplier quality management etc.
§ Responsible for the collecting, analysis and organizing of the quality inspection, quality failure and potential quality risk with the related departments to minimize quality costs.
§ Review customer quality requirements and specification, assure to provide the qualified products with aiming zero defect;
§ Keep timely effective communication with customers and handle customer complaint as well as the vendor quality issue;
§ Assure inspection, maintenance and calibration of all inspection equipment.
§ Provide necessary support for ERP system and quality assurance database.
§ Conduct quality staffs performance reviews.
§ Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.
§ Work with GM to develop annual budgets of quality department;
