任职资格：

1. 具备检验师（士）医师资格证
2. 拥有2年以上二甲/乙医院工作经验，具备免疫工作经验者优先
3. 了解仪器维护、保养、实际项目的定标、质量控制

工作职责：

（1） 监控标本的采集，病人信息的核对，标本的传送及储存。在标本测试前保证样本的合格。做好临床标本采集要求的咨询工作

（2） 根据操作规程对仪器项目进行定标和质控，如有失控分析原因，及时纠正，并做好相应记录，保证检验质量

（3） 执行日常标本操作，及时审核发放报告，

（4） 每月做好试剂清点及订购工作

（5） 根据操作规程做好仪器的维护保养工作，并做好相应记录。能够排除仪器简单的常见故障，做好与维护工程师的及时沟通。

（6） 解决临床医生及护士咨询的检验专业问题，与临床医生与护士做好沟通。解决临床需求的常见问题。

（7） 积极参与业务培训

（8） 完成院领导交给的任务

（9） 有较好的计算机办公应用能力，做好实验室信息系统的维护与日常设置。
