Training Required:

Diploma of University or College Studies (Computer Science is Plus, not Must)

Competencies & Skills:

- Rigorous

- Basic computer technical skills (data base advanced user, basic programming and / or computer sciences background)

- Good game culture (knowledge or experience of Chinese and Western games, e.g. Asian RPGs, Web based games, western RPGs, ...)

- Good to Excellent level of English (especially written)

- A Design experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Tasks:

1 - Main mission - Management and maintenance of in game texts:

- Fill in shippable quality game texts (Game play texts)

- Inputting narration texts provided by the script writer

- Permanently improve text quality (based on Quality Control team, Playtest, Leads feedbacks, …)

- Use of internal data base tool

2 - Secondary mission: Game Design assistant

- Create Game Design documents that will help managing the gameplay balancing

- Input Gameplay data based on feedbacks from Leads and playtests

- Follow up by regular checks the impact and side effects of changes (bugs, quality of experience, balancing,...)
