Achieve sales target through professional selling skill and offering the best customer services. Maintain store image.
通过专业的销售技巧、优质的顾客服务，完成销售指标，维护企业、店铺形象；建立并维护新老客户。

JOB Responsibilities: 工作职责

1) Take charge of the sales of Schuler Wine Flagship Store and achieve the sales target made by the company
负责Schuler Wine上海旗舰店的销售，努力完成公司制定的销售指标
2) Be responsible of the daily reception job of Flagship Store and provide the best service to the customers; including understanding the customers’ needs, introducing the products and event introduction etc.
负责旗舰店顾客的日常接待工作并提供最优质的服务，包括但不仅限于了解客户需求、产品的介绍及活动的介绍等
3) Arrange and collect the new & old customers’ personal data; make sure the implementation of CRM initiatives
收集、整理新老客户资料，以确保CRM项目的实施
4) Carefully check the daily sales and the stock; follow the company’s rules and regulations
认真、仔细核对每天销售及库存商品的账目；严格遵守公司的各项规章制度
5) Assist the shop manager to manage the inventory to ensure that the wines are safe and avoid to lose or damage
协助店长进行库存管理，确保货品安全，避免货品失窃及其他损失情况的发生
6) Assist the shop manager and Marketing people to organize all kinds of events; Wine tasting event, VIP tasting event etc.
协助店长及市场部组织各种活动；如wine tasting品酒活动、VIP品鉴活动等
7) 保持店铺环境整洁，妥善维护店铺设施，包括家具，家电及陈列道具等。
8) Other jobs assigned by the supervisor 上级安排的其他事情

职位要求JOB Requirements:

1）Education Background: College or above; at least 1 year working experience with Retail Industry
学历:大专及以上；1年以上零售行业工作经验
2）Have wine knowledge and Wine sales experience preferred
具备一定葡萄酒知识，有红酒销售经验优先
3）Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills; self-motivated and responsible
具备良好的人际关系和沟通技巧；工作积极主动；有责任心
4）Proficient in Microsoft software; Word, Excel etc.
良好的计算机操作能力；如Word、Excel等
5）Language: Chinese as mother language, English good at spoken and reading
普通话标准流利；良好的英语沟通能力
