岗位职责：

1) 负责天猫网店的日常事务，包括旺旺咨询、留言回复、到货跟踪、评价管理、售后服务等工作
2) 利用淘宝旺旺等在线聊天工具，热情并准确地回答顾客的问题，引导并促进顾客愉快地完成网上交易
3) 及时并有效地解决客户反馈的问题，做好售中、后服务，如货物跟踪、退换货要求及店铺中差评等
4) 定期核查、整理客户订单，与仓库、物流负责人确保天猫产品的库存
5) 收集、整理顾客意见，负责一些简单的客户调研，并维护好客户关系

任职要求：

1) 做事有条理、沟通能力强；精通各种网络销售技巧并能独立处理突发事件
2) 1年以上天猫客服经验，了解天猫的DSR评分和活动规则
3) 工作认真负责、做事耐心细致、善于学习、沟通；并能承受一定程度的工作压力
4) 熟练掌握Microsoft office 软件，尤其是Excel
5) 爱好红酒者并有相关经验者优先
