The main missions are to :
？ Monitoring daily operations
o Administrate Nagios monitoring application installed centrally
o Administrate Omnibus hypervisor
o Manage the interfaces between monitoring tools
o Manage all changes and documentations.
o Develop and implement the monitoring checks of the business applications.
o Work in collaboration with CC and technical desk teams in the framework of project.
？ Continous improvement :
o Build Business oriented reports to measure the helth of the application in monitoring point of view.
o Ensure that all monitoring tools are in a high availability mode and properly operated and monitored
o Structure the change management to be aligned with the FES basis.
o Ensure the compliance between applications owner requests and central system best practices.
o Provide tools to ease the pilots job
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
？ Master’s degree in information technologies
？ Knowledge of information technologies to ensure system/application support.
？ Ability to communicate, to take initiative and to react.
？ Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
？ Technical skills :
o Operating system : Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Windows and Unix (on technical level)
o Networking : SNMP, HTTP , WMI
o Development languages : Python, Bash, Ksh
o Data format : JSON, XML
o Administration tools : GIT, Puppet, Fabric
o Other : Nagios, Thruk, Omnibus (Tivoli)
