FABRIC SOURCING AND DEVELOPMENT

Qualification:

1. Textile/Fashion bachelor degree or above, 5+ years work experience in high class lady apparel industry

2. Be passionate and familiar with the fashion trend in Europe

3. Have knowledge working with mills to transform concept into finished fabric

4. Strong drive for creativity and innovation

5. Be able to work under minimal supervision

6. Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written)

Responsibility:

1. Manage current fabric suppliers on quality, price, delivery and claim (if necessary)

2. Have rich sources of fabric suppliers with good track record

3. Risk assessment of new development

4. Continual update on company’s fabric library with the latest trend

5. Understand each customer’s brand DNA, source/develop fabrics to customers’ needs and present to designers/buyers.

6. Work closely with the garment team to turn development into orders
