Main Function:
？ Journal entry for Corporate and Holding companies’ transactions (All holding companies are oversea entities)
？ Corporate journal filing
？ Balance sheet reconciliation
？ Holding companies payment arrangement and bank reconciliation
？ Month-end report preparation for Corporate and Holding Companies, including actual and rolling forecasting
？ Weekly cash flow forecasting for Corporate and Holding companies
？ Variance analysis for Actual, budget and Forecast
？ Intercompany reconciliation for Corporate and Holding Companies
？ Intercompany loan summary preparation and loan document filing
？ Prepare Corporate budget
？ Group Consolidation
？ Group intercompany matrix distribution and follow up
？ Group reporting preparation
？ Document preparation and query response on Group annual audit (Audit is performed by E&Y Australian team)
？ Support on Australian entities’ tax return
？ Other task assigned by supervisor
Selection Criteria:
？ Bachelor degree in accounting
？ Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
？ Solid understanding on accounting
？ Good command of English
？ Strong EXCEL skill
？ Hands-on experience in Kingdee is a plus
？ Hyperion software usage experience is preferred
？ A mature, committed and proactive individual
