Position title: HR & Admin Specialist
Inalfa Roof Systems, a Tier 1 automotive supplier of quality sunroofs, is looking for an HR & Admin Specialist to work at its facility located in Shanghai, PRC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Support the Inalfa programs like Task Force, Inalfa Academy and China Support Plan, etc.
2. Expatriate management-working/resident permits, visa application, invitation & dispatch letters etc.
3. Travel management.
4. Assists with HR Services projects and programs as necessary.
5. Execute time and absence administration (time management, leave forms, planned and unplanned absence, maternity leave, etc).

Qualifications:
1. College diploma or Bachelor’s degree, majoring in English Language, human resources or psychology or related;
2. Above two years working experience,
3. Understand the labor laws and regulations;
4. Good communication skills in English
5. Good computer literacy
