Responsibilities:

o Evaluating and planning of manufacturing processes based on TPZ and production plan

o Planning of new investment for machines and equipment based on TPZ and production plan

o Building up engineering and shop floor organization to fulfill all business plan targets

o Building up the solid know-how knowledge in the area,

o Manage, train and motivate engineers and managers to achieve the required targets

o Review the status of planning and manufacturing, cost management, quality management and the delivery, define and implement the measures to ensure the business plan targets

o Ensure the ISO/TS16949 and BMTS quality management system follow up in the area

o Quality tools implementation(FMEA, CP, SPC, POKA YOKE, 8D, QAM) in the area according to BMTS standards

o Review customer special requirements and complaints, implement the defined measures.

o Following all government and plant safety and environment regulations through planning, implementation and manufacturing including proper use of industrial safety equipments

o Coordinate projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction in the production area

o Prepare all planning issues for audits (Quality, EHS, …)

o Ensure BPS and system-CIP concepts implementation during planning and manufacturing activities

o Coordinate with other functions in order to establish the maximize allocation of resources

Requirements:

o Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering

o Computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook

o Chinese, English language skills, German optional

o At least 5 years experience in automotive business

o Willing to stay up to 6 months in Austria for internal training

o Organizational and leadership skills

o Solid knowledge of engineering and operation of assembly processes

o Project management skills

o Familiar with ISO/TS 16949

博世马勒涡轮增压系统（上海）有限公司是德国博世马勒涡轮增压系统在中国的全资子公司，公司总部设在上海。2013年9月公司注册成立，其注册地为上海市综合工业开发区环城北路1299号。博世马勒涡轮增压系统（上海）有限公司（BMTS）是德国博世马勒集团在中国成立的一家全资子公司，主要面向国内主机厂，以满足其对涡轮增压器的日益增长的需求博世马勒涡轮增压系统（上海）有限公司作为总部，其占地面积将达到5,000 平方米。前期，公司生产的涡轮增压器将主要搭载在1L 至1.5L 的小排量汽油发动机上。新工厂于2014 年第四季度量产，目标产能将达到200 万套涡轮增压器/ 年。
BMTS was founded in May 2008 and is 50:50 joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH and MAHLE GmbH. With its headquarters in Stuttgart & production plant in Blaichach of Germany and St. Michael of Austria, it has started production in China as of 2014. Till 2014, global total employee will reach to 570. Company target: Development and production of exhaust gas turbochargers for gasoline and diesel applications.
   Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of BMTS GmbH, with its headquarters in Shanghai. Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (BMTS) has founded a wholly owned subsidiary in China, responding to the continued market growth of turbocharged gasoline engines in the country.The headquarters of the company, which is operating under the name Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (Shanghai). Initially, mainly turbochargers for gasoline engines with swept volumes ranging from 1 to 1.5 liters will be produced for the local Chinese market in a new building comprising 5,000 square meters.　The installed production capacity is reported to amount to more than 2 million turbochargers per year, the start of series production scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2014.
