- Provide technical leadership and expertise for projects/programs in an individual contributor role;
- Invent/develop new processes and supporting the commercialization of new products, processes or packages, which deliver sustainable competitive advantages for growth and/or brand value.
- Manage a project/program through to full proof of technical concept or commercialization for a single category.
- Attend a commercialization run at bottler and co-packer to oversee or participate in a project.
- Access pipeline to recommend solutions applicable to discipline-specific area to assess opportunities for growth and reapplication.
- Take a project through the CIF Process using the Innovation Process Guides.
- Hold a project peer review.
- Conduct a case study or literature review on a critical topic in own discipline and deliver findings to internal global network.
- Participate in an external scientific or industry group.
- Apply basic consumer test design and data evaluation in a project.
- Understand the inner workings of a pilot plant and how to operate within for development initiatives.

Requirement:
Technical Skills: Must have strong technical skills in process technology and basic knowledge in food science.
Project Management Skills: Skills to manage medium-size projects of cross-functional team and deliver projects as agreed milestones
