Job Title职位名称：Quality Technician质量技术员

Internal and External Contact内外联系：

1.External对外：Supplier供应商

2.Internal对内：Production生产部

Key Responsibilities主要职责：

1.To be responsible for cooperating with quality engineer to analyze failure mode from assembly line;

配合质量工程师分析产线失效件的问题;

2.According to potential failure mode cooperating with quality engineer track some testing result to find the root cause;

按照可能的潜在失效原因配合质量工程师完成相应的实验的跟踪来发现问题根源;

3.To be responsible for recording some form which be responsible from quality into excel chart for tracking and create the report daily;

负责每天记录相应的质量报表并生成报告;

4.To do the GP12 for new project from OTS to SOP within 3 month;

完成新项目从OTS到量产后首三个月的GP12.

5.Cooperate with quality engineer update the files such as Control Card etc.

配合质量工程师完成诸如控制卡等文件的更新工作;

6.Finish the task which arranged by leader.

完成领导交办的其他任务.

Basic Requirement任职条件：

1.Working Experience:A minimum of three years related working experience in quality 至少两年的相关工作经验

2.Education教育水平：education of technical school or above related to mechanical background技校及以上，机械类专业

3.English英语水平：Basic English understanding, able to read related drawing基本英语理解，能够阅读相关英语图纸

4.Professional Skills and Abilities职位任职者需要展现的专业能力：

-To be familiar with quality tools such as 5 whys and fishbone diagram熟悉诸如5whys和鱼骨图的质量工具;

-To be familiar with assembly line 熟悉装配生产线

5.Special Requirement特殊需求：Shifts arrangement acceptance愿意接受三班制

The business scope includes development, production and sales of complete own products-Electrical Steering Systems Column for passenger cars and relevant components and spare parts, after-sale service and technical consultation services (Other principal activities subject to government permits)
