Job Description
-Make and implement the production plan, drive improvement on productivity;
-Well control product quality and delivery time;
-Organize periodical training to operators, make sure EHS policy and SOP can be fully respected;
-Conduct production on-site management;
-Analyze the internal non-conformities and conduct continuous improvement;
-Be involved in production cost control;
-Supervise the preventive maintenance;
-Coordinate with related departments and handle urgent matters;

Requirement
-5 years experiences in production or process management;
-With food industry background is a plus;
-Good English in written;
-Good communication and coordination.
