岗位描述

1.Manage the qualification of new suppliers against our requirements for quality, delivery, ethics and safety

2.Drive improvement in the quality performance in existing suppliers

3.Develop the capabilities of existing suppliers in quality assurance tools and techniques

4.Drive culture change in the supply base and institutionalize the highest standards of quality assurance

5.Undertake supplier progress visits to ensure adherence to programme;

6.Undertake product quality checks to ensure conformity to specifications;

7.Check finished goods prior to shipping

8.Check packaging and loading method to prevent damage in transit

Requirements:
1) At least 3 years’ experience in quality control and inspections of metal and timer parts.
2) Ability to read and interpret product drawings and specifications
3) Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000, and product testing methods
4) Understanding of problem analysis and corrective action
5) Both Chinese and English communication skills are required
6) Computer skills with MS Office.
7) Good analytical and communication skills
8) Mechanical/engineering background is required
9) Manufacturing experience in display fixture or furniture industry is preferred.
10) Travel as required

Above successful candidate will be arranged to Headquarters in UK for training sometime after on board.
