职位描述
此岗位要求有独立运作IPO经验。
岗位职责：
1、负责建立健全公司财务管理体系的建设和完善，并全面负责财务管理及运行；
2、组织编制和执行公司全面预算管理；
3、拟订公司融资计划和资金使用方案，并负责实施；
4、参与公司重大资金使用，以及进行资金使用的效率分析；
5、参与项目贷审会，从财务角度把控公司项目风险；
6、根据公司对资本市场战略的规划，维护及建立投资者者的良好关系；
7、负责公司在金融行业的外联事务，如银行、银监会、金融办及行业协会等，并与之保持良好关系。

任职要求：
1、财会、金融等专业本科及以上学历，通过 CPA 、 ACCA 等专业考试者优先；
2、具有多年大型企业财务管理工作经验，及国有或者大型外资银行、类金融机构、上市公司等单位同类管理岗位经验；
3、具有丰富的财务管理、融资、资本运作经验，较强的风险管理理念；
4、思维敏锐，善于理解和领悟公司的战略决策；
5、具备良好口头表达及沟通协调能力，以及较强的分析判断能力；
6、具有良好的职业操守、开拓创新进取精神，并能承受工作压力。

Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.
Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.
Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community.
Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Maintain Petty Cash of Shanghai office – and send receipts/fapaio to Sydney Office
Post Fapiao raised into Freshbooks invoicing software and send copy to Sydney office for tracking sales for China.
Raise invoices for Asian countries outside China into Freshbooks.
Process China supplier invoices with PO
Prepare Income and expenditure for the Shanghai office
Weekly sales report based on Invoiced sales and Orders received. Track payments and deposits paid.
Work directly with the Production Manager and ensure that product stock levels are efficiently managed for Asia
Manage travel and expenditure claims.
Assist with quotation of products to hotel’s across Asia
Skills/Qualifications:

Education
Completion of a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
