Responsibilities:

- Report to Electronics Engineering manager of SDC
？ - Lead and conduct the DV/PV activities of the projects.
？ - Responsible for the DPVP&R.
？ - Responsible for the validation requirement communication with customer during quotation and project running.
- Responsible for interaction with the lab for requirement and setup.
？ - Support/Lead building of the test loads and fixtures.
？ - Support the engineering EMC debug etc.
？ - Global support for DV/PV activities for joint development or EMS business.
？ - Lead validation process including the peer & gate review and responsible for validation documentation.
Requirements:
？
？
- 3+ years of automotive product validation experience. Experience with lighting, motor control products or car infotainment system is a plus.
？ - Good understanding of ISO/IEC/… automotive standards and OEM specified standards especially for Ford, Chrysler and VW.
？ - Experiences of working with global customer especially Ford, Chrysler etc.
？ - Strong coordination/negotiation skills to control the risk of validation and meet customer requirement.
？ - Capability of discussing the detailed requirement with customer.
？ - Capability of documentation of all plans and reports.
？ - Previous hardware design experience is a plus.
？ - Good communication skills to support customer communication and lab coordination.
？ - Good English communication skills especially oral English.
？ - Team player.
