职位描述
1/ Lead the execution of assigned specific marketing campaign
- Execute detailed plan and calendar to achieve the assigned sales target.
- Assist in the development of projections for promotional items
- Accountable for developing a project timeline in conjunction with relevant agencies and insure timely execution
- Accountable for using budget allocated to specific program in the most cost effective way possible and always keeping project within budget
- Look for innovation in program execution from promotional tactic to graphic and creative approach
- Guide and monitor regional and local stores to execute the marketing plan with relevant activities while promoting products and services to enhance the brand image
- Identify improvement opportunities during the process of executing marketing plan for a successful implementation of the Marketing plan and calendar
2/ Provide regular business review to Senior Manager and diagnose what’s working and what’s not working
3/ Assist Senior Manager in the development and implementation of a growth platform strategy
4/ Work closely with CBI team to identify relevant consumer and business insights for a strategically well-grounded marketing plan
5/ Work closely with cross function: ops/PR/Menu/ supply to get supportive.
6/ keep relationship with Field Marketing to understand the local execution block point and solve it in campaign design.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years MNC Marketing expriences
-Either ATL or BTL experienced
-Good English skills reading and writing;
-Positive thinking; open minded; learning oriented;
