Main responsibilities:
? Technology Service Delivery
o Work collectively with IT department to deliver IT services and solutions to meet the company needs
o Ensure the smooth running of the business by providing quality IT services to regional functions, store management team and office employees
? Infrastructure Management
o Deliver performance on a variety of workloads at an affordable cost and level of complexity
o Provide solution recommendation to issues about network connections, datacenter management, data backup, server management and equipment procurement
o Manage external service providers and provide quality IT services to regional functions, store management team and office employees
o Manage hardware, software and service procurement
? Infrastructure Project Implementation
o Work closed with regional and global IT teams on large scale network and infrastructure project implementation
o Lead and Deliver IT network and infrastructure services and solutions to meet the company business development needs
o Provide recommendation in infrastructure on implementation of IT policies, SOX and internal control
? Vendor Management
o Select and/or participate in the selection of strategic vendors who provide infrastructure services and products
o Manage vendor performance to leverage and optimize IT investments
? IT Security Risk Management
o Organize IT audit to specific application system
o Carrie out security review on specific application systems, and identify security risk
o Coordinate IT security communication activities with relevant IT staff and end users
? Digital Engagement
o Focus on consumer engagement and value-added experiences for our customers/users
o Deploy and manage tools/platforms to enhance digital experience
o Ensure application architecture that must be capable of supporting systems of engagement

Requirements:
? University degree or above
? 5 years’ experience in network infrastructure and server management
? 3 years Datacenter management experience, familiar with datacenter facility, server, storage, network infrastructure, data security, business continuity and disaster recovery
? Familiar with Microsoft solutions, virtualization, cloud architecture and big data
? Familiar with ITIL framework and project management discipline
? Excellent vendor management skills
? Understand generic IT controls and audit process
? Excellent document ability
? Customer focus
? Excellent oral/written communication skills in both English and Chinese
? Excellent cross-functional team work, communication and coordination
? Experience in digital strategy, digital channel management and web project management
? Understanding of and passion for industrial trends & technologies
