招聘岗位：网络营销助理

岗位职责：
1. 协助管理百度、搜狗等搜索引擎的竞价账户后台，及时监控推广表现并提出优化方案。
2. 协助实施企业微博、微信等新网络媒介的营销工作，负责账户的日常维护与更新。
3. 协助负责百度知道、百度文库、百度贴吧等百度相关推广产品的投放与运营。
4. 协助发展软文推广，SMO推广，论坛推广等其它网络平台的推广方式。
5. 配合完成企业安排的其他有关推广营销的工作。

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，具有两年以上网络推广经验，持有“百度营销推广认证”者优先考虑。
2. 熟悉百度竞价规则及后台数据操作，能够完成账户管理、维护及优化工作。
3. 具备一定市场营销知识，对互联网及媒体营销有强烈的兴趣。
4. 熟练运用Office办公软件，能够使用Excel整理分析数据。
5. 具有很强的学习与沟通能力，以及较强的团队合作精神。
