Job Description:

· Filing and updating pleading documents to multiple litigation cases

· Managing the storage of original and physical sets of evidence

· Basic research on civil procedural law and legal information

· Basic drafting of cover letter to courts

· Searching for trademark and patent information and records

Ability to:

· File documents and other materials in organized and effective manner in line with particular matters

· Support associates with respect to the documents management of each individual matter

· Retrieve relevant information concerning each particular matter both in terms of laws and facts

· Translate basic documents when necessary

· Liaise with court clerk, AIC officer, notary office, external translators, etc

Requirements:

· Well organized

· Precise, reliable, helpful

· Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)

Ability to read and write for proof reading and editing purposes
