职位描述
Software Engineer
1. Education Background:
-BS+ in EE, Computer Science, Communication, Automation or equivalent
2. Training & Qualification:
-English CET-6
3. Working Experience:
-1+ year SW development experience in embedded system with RTOS, Linux or WinCE using C/C++/Java at technical companies. Or MS having above related project experience;
-Mobile handset related experience is an advantage;
-Device driver development experience is a preference;
-Network protocol (TCP/IP .etc) is preference;
-Experience in UI application development is a preference;
-Experience in Android application is a plus;
-Experience in image processing (BMP,JPEG,MJPEG) is a plus;
-Experience in DSP is a plus;
4. Basic skills & Requirements:
-Development and debugging skills in C/C++/Java;
-Knowledge in SW designing, programming, testing and version controlling;
-Capable of documentation;
-Be fluent in written and oral English;
-Able to work under pressure;
-Team work and communication skills;
-Knowledge in Linux, WinCE or RTOS, such as μC/OS-II and Nucleas;
-Knowledge in Bluetooth and WLAN is a preference;

-Open minded;
-Conscientious;
6. Job Description:
-Analyze software requirements and determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints;
-Consult with hardware engineers to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and operational and performance requirements of overall system;
-Formulate and design software system;
-Develop and direct software system testing procedures, programming and documentation;
-Maintain software system to ensure its usability and stability;
-Assist project leader on version control and release;
-Assist project leader demo and communicate with customers;
-Technical support under customers’ request;
-Other tasks assigned by VP, Engineering or project leader;
