Distribution Manager


Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop the right sales channel(s) for our health products, sales channels not limited to B2B or B2C, such as actual stores, clinic, E-Commerce channels or any form of direct sales (i.e. seminar or DM programs)
2. Co-ordinate the sales distribution channels by sales territories, targets & goals, and establish training programs for sales rep. 3. Implement individual and team goals, manage budgets, retain morale, and communicate with other departments as to product supply & distribution.
4. Control & maintain sales floor's product displays.
5. Maintain and update regularly sales kits/product knowledge.

Job Requirements:

1. University degree holder
2. More than 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in health supplements industry
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills
4. Good team spirit/leadership ability
5. Strong problem-solving ability
6. Flexible and easy to adapt different environment
7. Willing to work under pressure
8. Strong determination/mindset to achieve sales goal
9. Positive and energetic
10. Good knowledge & understanding of the health products' market in China



渠道经理

职位描述:
1. 为公司保健产品开发B2B及B2C销售渠道,如实体店,诊所,电子商务渠道或其他如讲座、直销活动的直售形式
2. 与销售分销渠道合作,建立规划销售区域,销售目标及指标,并为销售代表制定培训项目和计划
3. 个人及团队完成销售目标,制定预算,负责供应商与分销部门之间的沟通联系
4. 管理并维持销售区域产品展示
5. 定期保持和更新销售简报及产品知识

职位要求:
1. 大学专科或以上学历
2. 5年及以上相关工作经验,有保健食品行业经验优先
3. 优秀的表达和沟通技巧; 有演讲能力会优先考虑
4. 良好的团队合作精神及领导才能
5. 较强的问题解决能力
6. 灵活,能短时间内适应不同环境
7. 能承受工作压力
8. 有毅力和决心达成销售目标
9. 积极主动、精力充沛
10. 对中国保健品市场具备相关知识和见解
