Role's Overview
ChinaNetCloud is seeking an Account Manager Intern, who is responsible for helping Account Manager track all customer issues and take ownership to ensure customer's satisfaction. The Account Manager takes over ownership from the Project Manager in the post-project stages (after the customer goes "live"), being the primary individual responsible for the customer during the life of their multi-year service contract.

Account Manager Intern works closely with internal teams to ensure the customers’ server management needs are met. Additionally, the Account Manager Intern expected to generate reports and send to customers to add value.
Responsibilities

Help AM ensure all cases are escalated and supported, manage customer expectations around response and resolution time, all with concentration on customer satisfaction and communication
With assistance from coordinators, field cases as needed for your customers during business hours
Monitor and review to ensure all cases from your customers have been fulfilled per requirements
Trigger higher-level analysis / solution as needed
Perform review of your customers' overall system status
Generate reports to provide added value
Requirements

Passionate about learning and improving
Has some technical knowledge or is eager to learn/develop this
Good command of verbal and written English
Smart and has excellent multi-tasking skills
Great planning and organizing skills, very detail oriented
Excellent self-learning ability and adapting skills
Great communication skills, can work alone as well as in a team
Comfortable with pressure and can work extra hours as necessary
Proficient at spreadsheets and presentations
