职位描述
Scope of Responsibilities / 职责范围
1. 对OEM/ODM厂使用的产品进行故障分析，分类、筛选等。
Perform failure analysis for Toshiba products at OEM/ODM, including sorting/rework.
2. 负责与客户采购,生产,质量,技术部门联络和沟通，并提供技术支持。
Communicate with customers' various dept. and provide technical support.
3. 为客户提供相应的产品培训。
Provide product/technical training to customers.
4. 追踪并报告东芝产品在OEM/ODM厂商的质量表现。
Obtain and report product performance of OEM/ODM timely.
5. 提交产品质量报告、质量趋势报表，并与东芝全球团队沟通合作。
Submit quality trend report and closely work with Toshiba global groups.
Additional Tasks / 其它任务
On request of her/his superior the employee is obliged to execute special tasks not mentioned in scope of responsibilities /
如果上级要求，有义务在其工作范围中进行其他不在职责范围内描述的任务
Skills and knowledge / 技能及知识
Education/ 教育背景: Bachelor degree or above of Computer or Electronics related
Experience/经验: over 4 years
Skills& Qualification/ 技能与资质:
1. Prefer to have storage product background
2. Or have technical support experience as an OEM/ODM supplier
3. Familiar with Windows OS and Office Applications
Language/语言要求: English Lever: CET-4 or above
Personal Qualities& Attitude / 个人品质与态度
1) Good team-worker
2) Positive earnest altitude and self-motivated,
3) Favorable communication capacity and negotiation skills,
4) Strong problem solving ability and good methodology
5) A good lead-ship to encourage team members.
6) Fluent speaking and writing English
