Job Responsibilities:

• Leads team to conduct daily document verification and process customs compliance inquiries
• Monitors, measures and reviews the origin service and performance of 3rd party logistics providers (ocean carriers, origin cargo managers, air freight forwarders, packaging providers, banks etc.), at origin level, to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and to drive continuous service improvements
• Executes logistics business plans and projects
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Global Logistics and applies it to daily routines
• Works in conjunction with key stakeholders to deliver customer-focused, cost-efficient solutions to local logistics challenges
• Supports Global Logistics principles on capacity, service and EDLC
• Supervises and develops team members to maintain an engaged workforce
• Ensures messages are clearly delivered to related parties
• Lives up to company cultures and standards of ethics

Job Requirements:

• Proven competence on execution / planning / analysis etc.
• Good knowledge of supply chain logistics and related fields
• Good management skills
• Good communication and presentation in English
• High sense of urgency and responsibility
• High standards in personal and professional integrity
• Project management experience
